Bluebonnet Hills Golf Course

The golf : This course, designed by Jeff Brauer and opened in 1991, offers one of the more enjoyable experiences for the average golfer. The par 72 layout is only 6,500 yards and is void of trees, making it more of a links-style course. Mounding is prominent around the multi-tiered greens, making it difficult for ups and downs after approach miscues.
Two holes stand out, both on the back nine. The par 5 No. 12 is reachable in two at only 488 yards, but water guards the landing area off the tee and the green has three levels. No. 17 is a fun par 3 playing 195 yards over a lake.
Remember that the trick to Bluebonnet is the greens. Pay attention to the pin placements and try to find the right level of the green.
