Lake Whitney Golf & Tennis Club

The golf : Leon Howard built a par 70, 6,296-yard layout here in 1969 that features the hilly hill country terrain of the area, along with narrow, tree-lined fairways and some ponds that impact play. The most difficult hole is No. 10, a 235-yard, par 3 that luckily plays downhill over a massive area of cattails.
