The Creek Course was the second to open at Cypresswood, again receiving some acclaim from Golf Digest as one of the best in 1989. Known for its large greens and sometimes difficult pin placements, it lays out similar to Cypress, though the fairways are a bit more generous.
On the front, holes 5 and 6 are both par 5s that are reachable in two for the average golfer when playing from the middle tees. On the back, two par 4s stand out as probably the most demanding holes on the course. The par 4 No. 13 plays 469 yards and sometimes longer if you take the wide turn around the dogleg right. Hole 16 goes over 400 yards and requires a 230-yard carry off the tee.
