Inwood Forest Golf Club

The golf : Jay Riviere, Jackson Bradley, and Don Collet combined to build this 27-hole facility, which serves as the centerpiece for the middle-class Inwood Forest residential community. Tracks that run through housing developments are usually loaded with out-of-bounds, and this one is no exception-the potential for a big number looms on every hole if your misses cross to the other side of the stakes. Water is prominent as well, with Vogel Creek, White Oak Bayou, and 11 manmade lakes spotting the landscape.
The longest of the three is the East Course, which is highlighted by hile. 2-a 447-yard par 4 that tees over the creek that runs along the entire left side.
The 2nd hole is the signature on the West Course -a 180-yard par 3 that plays to a wooded green fronted by the creek. No. 9 is the toughest, a 454-yard dogleg right with water on the left side and beside the green.
The North Course is the local favorite and receives the majority of play, primarily because it's considered the easiest of the three.
