Santa Fe Golf Course is a city-owned track set along the Concho River in downtown San Angelo. It's the perfect place to work in a leisurely round in a short amount of time and practice your game. A short course at only 2,466 yards, the only hazards are the greenside grass bunkers.
Getting there : Turn left on Beauregard, then left again on River Dr. to the course entrance.

- Fun course. Needs a little work but it’s on the come up!I have not played in quite awhile and this course was easy, layout, and affordable. No where in the town of San Angelo, Texas. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the pleasant outdoors, for relaxation with a good friend. The price was affordable and the management team was outstanding, helpful in any situation. Will be looking forward in returning again.As of May 2019. Course is green and not too bad of shape. It has new tee box markers and signs for each hole layout. Some greens are in really poor shape though! During the week, green fee is $10, weekends $12. It's open year around, weather permitting! They are trying really hard to bring this course back to life! I enjoy playing there, just for the exercise.the course was in very bad shape. do to not much rain. the greens are ok and extremely slow. the price was 10.75. i would play another course till the get alot of rain. fairways are dead grass and dirt.Excellent 9 hole municipal course. Good greens and wide fairways make it a nice course for beginners while still providing a challenge to the experienced golfer.
Rates are as low as any you will find including annual memberships of only $300. Often I am the only golfer on the course. The regular Wednesday night scrambles are inexpensive and lots of fun.
Great for kids and beginners. New management is making significant improvements.its a lot of fun to play but is extremely dry and not well maintainedA nice short course that's great for a Saturday morning or lunchtime game. The course is well maintained and the pro is extremely helpful and friendly.
