Beautiful Hill Country course that runs along the Creek Bottoms instead of around the hills so has Pecans and Cottonwoods in addition to the usual Cedars and Oaks.

Wide Fairways so good for those who like to hit the Driver but if you miss, its rocks and trees and lost golf balls. Small well guarded greens the majority of which are elevated. Only real drawback is there aren't many opportunities for recovery shots.

#15 a 600 plus yard par 5 is one of the prettiest holes in Central Texas but what's that tree doing in the middle of the fairway!
