Lakes Nine at Tapatio Springs Golf Resort and Conference Center
The Lakes features two memorable back-to-back par 4s. No. 5 plays 371 yards through a chute of trees off the tee down to a fairway at least 40 feet below, with Frederick Creek looming left. No. 6 is longer, almost 400 yards, featuring another downhill tee shot that must be long in order to give yourself a reasonable approach uphill over the trees and creek to the green.
Getting there : From I-10 west, exit Johns Rd. and go left at the stop sign. The club is about 4 miles down the road
