Fun City is a good course for beginners and seniors to play. Seniors enjoy the course because it is short and not too strenuous to walk. Beginners like it because it provides them with a challenge, but they don't feel overwhelmed.

Ralph Plummer designed Great Southwest Golf Club's course in 1965, incorporating three connected lakes into the layout. Dick Nugent came along in 1983 to lead a renovation effort that helped the course survive. The course has been known in recent years for its outstanding greens.
