River Pointe lays out beside the Brazos River offering plenty of challenges, particularly from its numerous water hazards that come into play on just about every hole. The signature is No. 18, a nice par 4 that tees over water and approaches into an island green.
Getting there : From Houston take 59 south to Richmond, exit Crab River Rd. Grand Pkwy, over 59 on overpass, straight to FM 2759, turn left and go 4.5 miles until you see the course on the left side.

- Great deal with a nice atmosphere, enjoy the old oak trees and lakes.Feels like your in the middle of nowhere (which is nice)The course is very bad shape, greens are very hard ball doesn't stop..
Second , there's not signs what hole, no layout ,,, no water spots, no carts selling drinks, food etc...
Cart path in very bad conditions!!
Starter very rude , young men no manners!!!
And last greens fees to expensive for what river pointe offers!
Don't recommend it! Too far from Houston..
