Lost Creek Golf Club is located on the southwestern edge of Fort Worth and labels itself “the best golf value in Fort Worth.” The golf course, designed by Leon Howard in 1971, has changed ownership too many times to count and is now a public course. Howard’s design utilizes elevated tees and a tree-lined creek to add character to the course.
While there are two long par 4s, most holes play in the mid-300-yard range, making it a relatively short layout at only 6,388 yards. Holes of note are the 433-yard 13th, featuring a creek that crosses in front of the tee and pinches the fairway along the left side, and the difficult No. 18, where the creek cuts across the fairway twice, making it a long 526-yard hole.
The best tip for approach shots is to keep the ball below the hole, as most of the greens slope from back to front.

Nice Course
Lost Creek is a local course I like to play a few times a year.
greens really bad,hopefully better in spring/summer
mistakenly selected the wrong teetime online and was charged 9.50 admin fee at the course. play was slow so it caused no one any issue.feel like shouldn't had to pay the admin fee
They need rain!
This course needs rain in a bad way! Most of the greens are non-existent and almost the entire course otherwise is in a dormant state. Trouble with that is you can tell how bad of shape it was in before going dormant. Hopefully we will have some spring rains to help revitalize this beauty of a layout in west Ft Worth.

This course needs landscape attention
Fairways & greens are in terrible condition and no course service/cart-girl. Not even worth the $22 Hot Deal.

Going Downhill
We have played this course many time over the last 4 years. It really use to be our "go to" course, but it is going downhill fast. They seem to be disinterested in keeping up the course, or the club house. It's really sad, but I don't know if we'll be back.

Owners need to put some money into Lost Creek...
Don't play Lost Creek as much as I used to and, after Tuesday, I now remember why. Their has not been a lot of resources put into course maintenance lately and it shows on the greens (browns), fairways and cart paths. Tee boxes were ok though. Lost Creek is a decent layout that is fun to play when properly maintained. I know that there is a lot of competition for the golf course dollar, but the owners need to decide - you're either all in or you need to get out.

This course has never been nice, but it's gone downhill in the last couple years. Greens were just sanded so I can't knock them too much, but all other surfaces were in poor condition.

NOT SO HOT!!
This has got to be the worst course I have played on in over 15 years. I thought the course in Granbury was bad but it is excellent compared to Lost Creek. The people on staff and the ones we met on the course were outstanding and we enjoyed chatting with them.
We are currently working on improving the condition of the course and hope you will give us another shot in the future.
Lost Creek
I would not recommend this course. The fairways were shaggy, I actually had to search for my ball in the fairway.
The greens have all kinds of crabgrass growing on them and there was a tree root visible on #8 green about 2 feet from the cup. I quit playing after nine holes and went and played a different course.

The course was in good condition for this time of the year!
I enjoyed my round. The fairways could use more watering. The greens were in good condition. I really liked the layout of the course. I will be playing this course in the future. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Goat pasture
Goat pasture at its finest. Greens were awful. Bumpy with more mowed weeds than bermuda. Amenities are limited. The only redeeming was it only cost 12 bucks with cart.

Greens were not bad ,fairways terribly dry! Not many good lies
The heat of the Summer tends to dry the fairways, but we are always working to keep the course in the best shape!

Lots of trees and elevations. Greens are good but fast. Very pretty and we love playing this course. More of a country atmosphere.

Lost Creek Golf Course needs a lot of improvement.
This is the second time I've played this course. The first time was about a year and a half ago and it was much better then than it is now. I'm not sure if they lost money, the head groundskeeper or their pride but it has slid way downhill. The fairways are extremely hard and patchy, the greens seem like they weren't mowed in a couple days and there were large dead spots filled with sand on them. We played from the tips and about 3 of the fairways weren't visible from the tee box due to the course layout. The pro shop staff did his job but wasn't overly excited to be there. The lady working the grill was really nice and friendly but service was slow because she was the only one working there. Not her fault. Considering the caliber of houses surrounding this course I expected much more. I will not be willing to pay more than $10 to play this course until it drastically improves.

Jungle!!
I lost 2 balls that landed in the fairway. The grass was so deep it ate my ball. I was so disgusted that I did not even bother with the back nine.

Don't pay to play this course!
This used to be a very nice course. Present ownership has allowed the course to become almost unplayable. The view off almost every tee box looks like a cow pasture. Don't play at any price until they fix this course back to playable condition.
