Evergreen Point Golf Course

Evergreen is always a fun & challenging course. But the greens and bunkers need some serious work. The bunkers were hard & crunchy with no soft sand in them whatsoever. The greens had a weird hard-packed surface that didn't look it but were lightning fast. The weather and price (Hot Deal) were the only saving grace.

Course is good. Greens were hit or miss, the new grass hasn't completely grown in yet so some of the greens had some spots that were like clay. As it warms up, make sure you bring mosquito repellant you will need it.

Cool course decent conditions. Greens were rolling good.

The greens were great shape. Some native grass on them but they were smooth. Better than I have seen them in a while and hey it's still winter.

The course played well for a course that had been done in by the harsher winter weather for our area. Fairways were brown but ball rolled very well on the short grass. Greens were faster than normal and made putting more difficult. Sand traps not so good.

Played this Course many times. Enjoy the course each time I play. Some holes have a link style to them. Some even play long, all r fun. Will keep coming back

While the weather was colder than I would normally play in, the golf course was still fun to play. Our foursome didn't shoot our best score, but we really enjoyed the course. The course plays longer than it shows on the scorecard, especially with the wind we faced. The greens really rolled true.

Folks in the clubhouse were helpful and friendly.

I had some difficulties but shot a decent score of 91. My wife was driving the golf cart and she enjoy spending time with me and I just Love her for putting up with me. Thanks

Why is it when you play a golf course there is always at least one hole the eats your lunch every time. This hole is #18. It appears to not be that tough of a hole, but I find myself 180+ yards out or hitting into a stiff south wind. Great design, use of the land. Some par 4's allow you to grip and rip a driver, some make you play smart. Many scoring hole if you stay to the proper side of the fairway. Plenty of water hazards to make approach shots a little unnerving. Evergreen Point is a must play.

We really like the course and have been there several times before. The greens were fast today but well maintained. Overall: great place BUT.. this course has a HUGE drawback because of mosquitos. We knew about this issue before but we thought it gets better during the winter- NOT. Even with a strong protection spray we got 20+ bites, through the clothes, t-shirt, on the neck, forehead.. On some holes it is impossible to hit the ball without getting a new spicy bite by a big fat mosq..
I think they should do something about it so people can play normally. For sure we are not coming back until they solve this issue. I hope they can!

Needs a little TLC on the fairways and greens. Other than that the golf course is a good course to play.

This course has everything, our foursome had a Fantastic golf outing, food was great at the turn, will definitely be back soon

bugs will eat you alive but the course is in good shape and the beer is to high

Course was in almost perfect condition except the greens were very fast. One of the nicest courses I have played from golfnow.com will play again , oh there was an alligator in the pond on the left on the 10th hole I did not see any signs posted he was at least 5 feet long I took it's picture.

Evergreen Point is a very entertaining layout with quick , smooth greens. This course has it all. Unfortunately, it also has mosquitos. Just bring along some Off. But, you will definitely enjoy the course.

Nice course to work on your game. Not too difficult with an enjoyable layout. Fairways fairly wide with large greens on a course that is in fair shape.

1st time to play course but I will definitely be back.
